Ingredients:1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder3 Tbsp walnuts1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese2 Tbsp flaxseed meal2/3 cup canned pumpkin1.5 cups water2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp cloves1 tsp all spice3 ice cubes
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake add less water or more ice cubes.
