Ingredients:1.5 cups dark cherries, pitted, unsweetened (frozen)2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped1 scoop chocolate protein powder2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder2 Tbsp flax meal1.5 cups water3 ice cubes
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake add less water or more ice cubes.
