1 large strawberry, chopped
1 handful mint leaves
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 ounces Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
3 ounces sparkling wine or champagne
1 strawberry slice, for garnish
Muddle strawberry, mint, agave, and lemon juice. Add vodka and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with strawberry slice.
