Lyfe Kitchen Kale Banana Smoothie

Freeze 2/3 cup banana, thinly sliced, and 1/3 cup chopped cucumber overnight. Add 6 ounces apple juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 cup raw green kale (stems removed), frozen banana, frozen cucumber, and a small chunk of raw, unpeeled ginger to a high-powered blender and process on high for 20-30 seconds.

Freeze 1/2 large banana (thinly sliced), 1/4 cup strawberries (leaves removed and quartered), and 1 1/2 cup blueberries for 45 minutes to overnight. Add frozen fruit and 2 1/4 cups whole milk or non-dairy milk to a blender and blend on high until thick and creamy.

Pry open a large coconut and reserve the water. Scrape out the coconut flesh and add it to a blender with 1/2 an apple, 3/4 cup very ripe frozen banana, a large handful of frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon dried goji berries, 2 tablespoons raw hemp protein powder, 1 tablespoons hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon vegan oil (such as coconut), and 1 teaspoon raw cacao. Blend until smooth and garnish with more hemp seeds.
