Tanqueray No. Ten is the only gin to be distilled with whole citrus fruits—grapefruit, lime, and orange—so be sure to add the garnish to really bring out those bright flavors.
- 1 1/4 ounces Tanqueray No. Ten
- 3 ounces Topo Chico Mineral Water (or other mineral water)
- 1 citrus wedge of choice, for garnish
Pour gin into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with mineral water, and garnish with citrus.
