3 Concord grapes
2 very thin slices red beet
Pinch sea salt
1/2 part agave nectar
1/2 part fresh lemon juice
Gekkeikan Zipang Sparkling Sake
Lemon peel, for garnish
Directions: Muddle all ingredients except sake and lemon peel. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a champagne flute, top with sake, and garnish with lemon peel.
