A frozen cocktail isn't exactly the breakfast of champions, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a pina colada in the morning. Just nix the rum and add a scoop of protein powder to the blender instead.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ tsp. coconut extract
¼ c. canned pineapple
1 c. milk
1 tsp. xanthan gum (for thickening)
