Ingredients:
1 ½ scoops chocolate protein powder
1 c. milk
Peppermint extract, to taste (Start with less than 1/8 tsp., adding more as desired. This stuff is strong!)
5 ice cubes
2 large handfuls fresh spinach (You can't taste this at all!)
