Mango Sorbet

Serves 2

Ingredients

4 cups frozen mango

Juice from 1/2 medium lime

1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

6 tablespoons almond milk

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the mango is smooth, stopping a few times to stir the mango mixture.
  2. Pour the mango sorbet into 2 bowls and eat immediately. Or store in the freezer until a few minutes before you're ready to enjoy.
