Who doesn't love avocados? Chef and contributing editor Candice Kumai teaches you how to make her secret recipe for guac with a salty kick for your Super Bowl party. All you need are 3 avocados, 2 limes, 1/2 red onion, 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Serve with a plate that's half veggies and half tortilla chips, and enjoy!
