|1||c||almond meal (or fine almond flour)|
|FOR THE GLAZE:|
|1||T||lemon juice (or as needed to make thick glaze)|
Mix dry ingredients including lemon zest and set aside. Mix all wet ingredients except vanilla in a separate bowl and add to dry ingredients. Add vanilla after mixing dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees in donut pans for 12-15 min or until light and fluffy to the touch.
