Named for the lush fields along the fabled Cliffs of Dover (known to inspire love and devotion), this low calorie gin cocktail comes out green!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (see Notes)
  • 5 pieces of cucumber (muddled)
  • 2 oz Hendricks gin

Pour lemon juice and simple syrup into mixing tin. Add the cucumber and muddle. Add gin, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
