Ingredients
| 1⁄4 | t | sea salt |
| 1 1⁄2 | c | tomato sauce |
| 1 1⁄4 | c | almond milk |
| 2 | T | plain Greek yogurt |
| 1⁄4 | t | chili powder |
| 1⁄6 | t | freshly ground white pepper |
| 1 | lb | whole wheat pasta |
| 2 | T | vodka |
| 2 | T | fresh Parmesan cheese, grated |
| 1⁄4 | c | fresh basil, finely chopped for garnish |
| 1 | T | pine nuts, ground |
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium heat. Add sea salt.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook tomato sauce with almond milk, Greek yogurt, chili powder and pepper.
3. Meanwhile, add penne to boiling pot of water. Cook until al dente; add vodka and cook for another minute. Remove from heat; drain.
4. In a large serving bowl, toss pasta with sauce and cheese. Garnish with basil and pine nuts.
