Ingredients

1⁄4tsea salt
1 1⁄2ctomato sauce
1 1⁄4calmond milk
2Tplain Greek yogurt
1⁄4tchili powder
1⁄6tfreshly ground white pepper
1lbwhole wheat pasta
2Tvodka
2Tfresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1⁄4cfresh basil, finely chopped for garnish
1Tpine nuts, ground

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium heat. Add sea salt.

2. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook tomato sauce with almond milk, Greek yogurt, chili powder and pepper.

3. Meanwhile, add penne to boiling pot of water. Cook until al dente; add vodka and cook for another minute. Remove from heat; drain.

4. In a large serving bowl, toss pasta with sauce and cheese. Garnish with basil and pine nuts.
