Low-Calorie Penne A La Vodka Recipe

|1 1⁄4||c||almond milk|
|2||T||plain Greek yogurt|
|1⁄6||t||freshly ground white pepper|
|1||lb||whole wheat pasta|
|2||T||fresh Parmesan cheese, grated|
|1⁄4||c||fresh basil, finely chopped for garnish|
|1||T||pine nuts, ground|
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook tomato sauce with almond milk, Greek yogurt, chili powder and pepper.
3. Meanwhile, add penne to boiling pot of water. Cook until al dente; add vodka and cook for another minute. Remove from heat; drain.
4. In a large serving bowl, toss pasta with sauce and cheese. Garnish with basil and pine nuts.
