- Start to Finish: 5 minutes
- 2 tablespoons ginger (or break off a piece)
- 1/2 Fuji apple*
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 bunch kale
Place ingredients into a high-powered juicer, and drink immediately.
*For more sweetness, add an extra 1/2 apple or 1 pinch stevia.
