Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons ginger (or break off a piece)
  • 1/2 Fuji apple*
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 bunch kale

Place ingredients into a high-powered juicer, and drink immediately.

*For more sweetness, add an extra 1/2 apple or 1 pinch stevia.
