  • 1 ripe pear, cored and chopped
  • 1 tightly packed cup chopped kale leaves
  • 1 tightly packed cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes, for garnish
  • Agave (optional)



Place pear, kale, spinach, water, cinnamon, and coconut oil in a blender and process until smooth. Depending on pear’s sweetness, add agave to taste after blending. Top with coconut flakes and serve immediately.
