Ingredients:

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 small beets (or 1/2 large)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (or break off a piece)
  • 1/2 Fuji apple
  • 1 cup coconut water

Place each ingredient into a high-powered juicer, then add coconut water to blend. Drink immediately.
