Vegan Green Tea "Ice Cream"

Creamy, decadent, yet dairy-free, this frozen treat makes a tasty dessert that won't weigh you down. 


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)



Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until a creamy, ice cream-like texture forms. Serve immediately.
