Ingredients:
1 c. white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 c. goat cheese
1 tbsp. tahini (sesame seed butter)
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove fresh garlic (or 1/4 tbsp. minced garlic)
Two heavy pinches salt
One heavy pinch pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Serve.
Makes 1.5 cups.
