1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla or regular almond butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 drops vanilla stevia
1 egg white or 3 tablespoons egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup chopped dried figs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form into balls, place on a non-stick cookie sheet, and bake for about 12 minutes.
