"I had a really busy day, so lunch was very basic. Lightly sauteed ramps (in walnut oil- I feel better not eating dairy/butter- ramps are a local, wild herb- like a wild garlicky leek) then I added and scrambled 2 large eggs from our organically raised free-range chickens. I made some wheat grass juice (supplies shown) and had some berry juice; to help the vitamins go down. I had the banana as a snack."
