Some days call for a hearty, hot lunch -- one that will power you through yoga class, the rest of your desk-bound day or your chilly late-afternoon walk. One solution: a low-fat frozen entree. "They're easy and convenient," says Jackie Berning, Ph.D., R.D., nutritional consultant for USA Swimming, the Denver Broncos and the Cleveland Indians.
