LIMONCELLO TUNA AND ASPARAGUS

CHIMICHURRI FLANK STEAK AND POTATOES

1 1/2 pounds yellowfin tuna steak, about 1 inch thick

1 pound flank steak

1 pound white or redpotatoes

3 beefsteak tomatoes

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

2 teaspoons choppedchives

1 teaspoon chopped rosemary

1 1/4 pounds asparagus spears, trimmed

5 cups mixed baby lettuce

1/3 cup thinly sliced shallots

4 garlic cloves, chopped

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/3 cup chopped parsley, plus extra for garnish

Lemon slices (optional)

Salt

freshly ground black pepper

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup limoncello
