  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon dried cherries
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon organic soy nuts
