Actually, anything with champagne automatically gets a "fancy" label, which makes it perfect for putting in anything and everything during the holiday season. That's right; there are plenty of ways to use champagne, other than drinking it straight-up, mixing with OJ for a brunch mimosa, or making champagne ice cubes (so cool, right?). Either stash any leftover bubbly post-party, or go ahead and pop a new bottle. Then whip up these Strawberry Champagne Jello desserts from A Beautiful Day for your next holiday shindig (or just whenever), because it's sure to wow your friends and fam. The best part? Even though it looks fancy, it's actually super easy to pull off. (Just make sure you know how to open a champagne bottle, or things could get messy.) You only need a few ingredients:
- Unflavored gelatin powder
- Ginger ale
And making them is as simple and slicing up some strawberries, making jello as normal, and stirring in the champagne and ginger ale. After it's a little thick (but before it's completely set) fold in the strawberries. Let them chill for a little longer, and you have a perfect party dessert.
