Eat these for stronger bones
To prevent osteoporosis, you should drink calcium-rich milk, lift weights...and munch on walnuts?
It's true, according to a Pennsylvania State University study, which found that foods high in omega-3 fatty acids can help maintain bone health. "These fats reduce the activity of osteoclasts, cells that break down bones," says study author Amy Griel, Ph.D. Other good sources: flaxseed and canola oils.
