March's Quick and Healthy Shopping List

¾ cup wild rice
½ pound green beans
¼ cup finely chopped onion

1 orange
¼ cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup blackberry preserve
½ cup dry white wine, like Pinot Grigio
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup lowfat milk
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon dried thyme
7 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
freshly ground black pepper
butter (for coating pan)

I agree!! I have been trying to find the recipe for parmesan-encrusted tilapia. I don't understand why other recipes are posted in their entirety and this one isn't, only the list of ingredients combined with those from other recipes. --Dawn

I wish there were links to the recipes. I tried to see if the tilapia recipe was on your website, but it didn't come up. But you have the ingredients here. Where can we see the recipes electronically from March?
