Cook 8 oz. sliced turkey sausage and 5 cloves sliced garlic in 2 tbsp. olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until meat browns. Add 5 cups chopped broccoli rabe, ½ cup red wine, 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes; serve. - In a stir-fry
