Who doesn't love ice cream? I certainly do—and never more than in the hot summer months. Lately, it seems like I want Dreyer's No Sugar Added Vanilla almost daily. I'm limiting myself to a bowl once or twice a week, but a few too many times I've dished out much more than the ½ cup serving size. So I decided that I either need to stop eating it so frequently or commit to the proper portion. Since I consider ½ cup to be pretty skimpy, I decided to have twice as much, half as often. To make my 1-cup serving seem even larger, I've started scooping it into a smaller bowl. Do I realize I'm fooling myself? Of course. But I don't mind—this method satisfies my craving completely.
