If you're making this turkey and swiss sandwich ahead, drizzle on the vinaigrette right before serving.

Ingredients for the Dressing For Turkey Sandwich Recipes

Dressing
2 teaspoons minced shallot
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt

10 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
4 ounces thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh spinach leaves, rinsed and spun dry

Directions for Turkey Sandwich

To prepare dressing, whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside. To make the turkey sandwich, arrange 1/4 of the turkey on 1 slice of bread.
