cut your food intake by 200 calories but dont go under 1200 cal /day also increase your exercise time (as much as you can stand)really about ten minutes extra three times a week ! keep up the good work, you are beautiful!

i make sure to drink as much water as i can every day and to start my day off right, i do aerobics in the morning to give me full energy for my job. i'm a newly married woman for about five years and i believe you can achieve anything you put your mind to both physically and mentally

At night I watch T.V. and I would love to sample all things sweet and salty in the kitchen. So I brush my teeth and slap on some white strips. The treatment is for 30 min. and then no eating after for best results. It works like a charm!
