Forget willpower! We all know that swearing off can’t-live-without foods typically results in either a) pigging out on so-called "good" options while feeling totally unsatisfied or b) giving into your cravings eventually and suffering from eaters remorse. So abandon the all or nothing approach and try out some healthy stand-ins. Here are five that may strike your fancy:

IF YOU LOVE: Gummy fruits
TRY: Seitenbacher Gummi Fruits
WHY IT'S HEALTHIER: Made with 100 percent fruit juice and no added sugar or artificial additives, these gummy candies deliver on both taste and nutrition. They also come in fun shapes including gators, dolphins and lions.

IF YOU LOVE: Ice cream
TRY: Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss “Ice Cream”
WHY IT’S HEALTHIER: This dairy free version is just as satisfying as premium ice cream, but studies show the good fat from coconut milk is heart protective and linked to less belly fat. It’s so rich you’ll be more than satisfied with a 200 calorie half cup portion.

IF YOU LOVE: Cheesy puffs
TRY: Food Should Taste Good Buffalo Tortilla Chips
WHY IT’S HEALTHIER: These zesty tortilla chips are made from whole corn, a member of the whole grain family, along with antioxidant rich cayenne pepper, garlic and heart healthy high oleic sunflower oil.

IF YOU LOVE: Frozen novelty cones

TRY: Diana’s Banana Babies
WHY IT’S HEALTHIER: These dark chocolate covered bananas on a stick are the perfect treat for health-conscious kids or adults. One “baby” counts as a serving of fruit and is bursting with vitamin C, potassium and heart healthy fat and antioxidants from the dark chocolate.

IF YOU LOVE: Crispy wafer candy bars
TRY: QBel
WHY IT’S HEALTHIER: This brand's yummy Double Dark Chocolate Wafer Bar is just as satisfying for 30 fewer calories that a traditional version with zero trans fat and no artificial additives or animal-derived ingredients.
