Even getting into character (and a ton of prosthetic stage makeup) for her Oscar-winning role in the 2003 movie Monster couldn’t make Charlize Theron look ugly. This South African beauty always manages to look gorgeous and glowing.
We went to her makeup guru, Emilio Uribe, to find out how he preps the star for red carpet perfection.
2. Lip Service
Theron is all about a bright, bold red lip. To get it, Uribe says he uses Dior Addict Extreme in Incognito, which not only goes on shiny, but lasts a long time too.
Expert tip: Be sure to apply a few dabs of powder around the lip line so the color doesn’t ‘bleed.’
