At 43 years old (and with more than 20 years in the industry!), fashion icon, supermodel, and The Face executive producer Campbell still looks every bit a goddess. How she still looks so youthful: "I don't believe in starving myself. I've never done it, and I never will," she says. Count hot water with lemon, herbal tea, cold-pressed veggie juices, and salads as some of her diet mainstays.

There's no need for expensive cosmetic creams as long as you have fruit in your fridge, Anne V says. "I mash up avocado, banana, strawberries, and blueberries for my face. I'll also use cucumber slices for my eyes and will wipe them all over my skin. It's an instant toner."

To put your best face forward at all times, it's important to choose the right foundation, Hearst says. "My favorite foundation is Diorskin Nude. It leaves your skin looking natural, yet covers every imperfection. Add blush and mascara, and you're good to go."

"In my experience, when you get older, you finally don't care what other people think. So my advice to younger girls would be to embrace everything you have," Anne V says. "We all have insecurities, but focus on being the best you can be. No two people are the same. Confidence at any age is most beautiful."
