Westin St. John Resort & Villas
From now through December 31st, Westin St. John Resort & Villas is offering a $100 resort credit and transfers for guests who volunteer at nearby Virgin Islands National Park. With the Friends of the Virgin Islands National Park, visitors can participate in a one-day program to help maintain park trails and ruins, and remove debris from beaches and coastlines. Donation Day at The Shoe Outlet at Route 96 Power & Paddle
On Sunday, Apr. 22 visitors and locals can bring in one pair of gently used shoes, boots or sandals to be donated to those in need. In return, you will receive 10 percent off one pair of regularly priced, in stock footwear. Giving back and getting shoes—sounds good to us!

Bring in old plastic toys to one of the 50 participating Kohl’s stores across New Jersey and Pennsylvania to be refurbished and donated to disadvantaged children. Not only will you be helping make a child happy but you’re keeping unused toys out of landfills.

Earth Day Dallas 2012
Earth Day Dallas is an annual festival held to raise environmental awareness and change the way North Texans think, live, and work. Join in on April 22, at Fair Park in Dallas. In addition to green talks, films, and activities you’ll have the chance to join the Nature Conservancy's Picnic for the Planet as they attempt to break the world's record for the largest, simultaneous global picnic and don’t forget to join the DFW Truck Farm 5K Fun Run. Critical Trash Afternoon
Take out the trash with Kimpton's Hotel Solamar and Jsix restaurant at their annual "critical trash," afternoon from 4 to 5 p.m. on April 22nd.
