Beyoncé's New Ivy Park Campaign Takes Diversity and Inclusion to a Whole Other Level

In a cryptic tweet back in August, Orange Is the New Black star Laverne Cox teased a collaboration with her number-one idol Beyoncé. Now, the 45-year-old transgender actress and activist has revealed that she will be one of the many eclectic faces of the Ivy Park AW17 campaign—and it's an important reminder that beauty comes in many forms. Cox (like the rest of us) is a huge Queen Bey fan, so there's no denying that this is an unbelievable moment for her. "It's like I'm dreaming," she told PeopleStyle. "To be honest, it doesn't feel real. It feels like some weird fantasy that I've had since Destiny's Child. It feels amazing that I get to be a part of this brand that has already inspired me and be working with a woman who has especially been a huge inspiration to me and so many folks around the world."

Ivy Park's new campaign is all about "the beauty and strength found in our uniqueness" and "tapping into your inner hero," according to a statement from the brand. The Ivy Park Instagram also showcases other diverse faces who are part of the campaign, including choreographer Karen McDonald and models Grace Bol and Souffrant Ralph.

As for the collection itself, it boasts plenty of new activewear, including hoodies, leggings, crop tops, swimwear, and more. Compared to last year's offerings, it includes a lot more rich hues of red, teal, blue, and of course, millennial pink.

Unfortunately, there's no news about when the entire collection will be available, but a few select items are being sold at Nordstrom and Topshop. Hope you're ready to get in formation and empty your wallets.
