The New York Palace, New York
The Palace is the only hotel in New York to offer complimentary sneakers and workout clothes to all guests. Yes, the idea of wearing someone else's sneakers is a little gross, but they take up a lot of room in a suitcase. The gym also provides guests with bottled water and fruit.
Free Rock Climbing Wall

Canyon Ranch, Miami Beach
While some prefer the traditional headphones and a treadmill, others need to spice up their workouts more frequently. The Canyon Ranch, Miami has a plethora of fitness freebies to keep you occupied, but the most notable feature (in our opinion) is the rock climbing wall. You'll be provided with a helmet and a harness, as safety comes first at this health and wellness center.
