Nestled in a secluded nook in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, The Ashram is a weeklong ultra-exclusive retreat dedicated to health, fitness, and renewal. More celebs have been spotted here than at the Beverly Hills Hotel, so make sure to plan ahead—it’s usually booked a solid nine months in advance.
Only a dozen or so guests are allowed in each boot camp program filled with rigorous hikes, endless gym and dance classes, yoga, Pilates, strength training, and 1,000-calorie-per-day raw-food meals. But don’t expect any diva star behavior along with the $4,500 per week price tag; there are no phones, no Internet, and no TV allowed.
