Grab your girls and head for one of these exciting destinations
Natura Cabanas: Dominican Republic

Gather your girlfriends and go on a serious yoga retreat at Naturas Cabanas, an eco-friendly resort located on a beautiful stretch of Dominican Republic beach. Classes for both beginners and experts are offered two to three times daily in the resort’s second-story yoga temple overlooking the ocean.
Recharge post downward-dog at one of two healthy restaurants serving fresh juices and local seafood and produce. Reasonably priced spa treatments ($25-$200) make it easy for you and the ladies to pamper yourselves after your sweat session.
Buff Bonus: With no TVs in the rooms, get ready for some old-fashioned girl talk. Not only do TVs (and the light they emit) make it more difficult to fall asleep, but the light also keeps your body from getting its full REM cycle in overnight.
Hotel Vitale: San Francisco

If the city is more your scene, the SoMa district’s Hotel Vitale is in the middle of the action—and has killer spa and fitness amenities too. The hotel offers free rooftop yoga classes (with amazing views to boot) along with 24-hour room service should you and the ladies need a midnight munch. And don’t forget to indulge in Spa Vitale’s bathing ritual treatment, a 25-minute soak in a personal tub infused with seasonal bath products on their rooftop bamboo garden for a cool $60.
Buff Bonus: If it’s a rainy day in San Francisco (a total possibility), they also offer free passes to the Embarcadero YMCA half a block away with access to a fully-stocked fitness center and pool.
Snake River Lodge: Jackson Hole

Make an escape by grabbing your besties and heading to the hills—the hills of Wyoming, that is. Without skiers hoarding the mountains, scenic views at the Snake River Lodge can be soaked in through the fitness center’s floor-to-ceiling windows. For some rejuvenation, head to the Avanyu Spa for a River Stone Massage or Altitude Adjustment for your skin. Be sure to leave time to refuel at Gamefish, whose healthy, creative menu serves up dishes like Cured Foie Gras with Preserved Strawberry Chutney ($15).
Buff Bonus: Grand Teton National Park covers a huge area of Jackson Hole and is the perfect place for hiking, biking, or a solid trail run.
Beverly Wilshire: Beverly Hills

Glam girls should make like a movie star and check into the ultra-posh and celeb-studded Beverly Wilshire. Amenities here cater to health-conscious L.A. types, featuring a large gym with one floor devoted solely to cardio workouts, one for weight training, and of course, a private yoga room. Add in the complimentary fruit, water, and Gatorade, combined with the Mediterranean-style pool, and you’re guaranteed to meet your daily exercise goals and still have a chance to enjoy the L.A. scene.
Buff Bonus: The on-site spa offers some facilities free for guests, like the “experience showers” that recreate different types of rainstorms at your whim. Speaking from our own experiences, it's awesome!
The Standard East Village: New York

Because it’s one of the best walking cities in the world, New York is an ideal place for a group of girls to get healthy while exploring a new neighborhood. The Standard East Village is located in a trendy part of downtown that's packed with nightlife and dining options, but it also offers its own high brow scene. If daytime strolls and midnight dance parties aren’t burning enough calories, use the hotel’s free passes to the nearby Crunch gym, which boasts boxing, spin, and Pilates reformer classes.
Buff Bonus: All produce used at the hotel's restaurant, Narcissa, is sourced locally and organically from a Hudson Valley farm.
