It may be funny, but it's totally true: If you're struggling to fit in your workout, you may still need to find your true motivation to get fit. Besides fitting into your skinny jeans, why do you want to get in shape? Conjure up an image of yourself at your healthiest and most energetic (not just thinnest) to get in gear. (Oh, and imagining being chased by a T-Rex probably couldn't hurt either).
