My blog, Healthy Diva Eats, was started about two years ago, and it was the best thing I ever did!
I wanted to share my passions for a healthy lifestyle, fitness, and fashion, so Healthy Diva Eats was created! I am a mother, newlywed, and girl who loves spreading happiness and positivity to all! Healthy eating is a lifestyle, but it's all about balance too. For example, I like to eat healthy 80 percent of the time, but also I treat myself to yummy things such as ice cream, cake ( frosting is the best! ), and cookies when I want!
My blog's main goal is to share my healthy lifestyle, talk about fitness, and make people happy and feel good about themselves. We should all try to see the positive in every situation in life, and I think happiness is a big factor in life, because I think happiness is the most important thing to have in life. Happiness is key!
What I want the most from my blog is for my readers to learn something new — perhaps, try a new food or a new workout, but most importantly, leave my blog with a smile! Remember to balance that cake with a salad; smile each day; and live life to the fullest!
