Ingredients
Chicken Pizza Wrap1 whole-wheat tortilla
3 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken breast
1/4 cup low-sodium spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup lowfat shredded mozzarella
Spinach Salad
1 cup baby spinach, washed and spun dry
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 medium tomato, diced
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
Top tortilla with chicken breast, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella. Roll up and microwave for 1 minute.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine spinach, carrots, tomato, and sunflower seeds. Toss with oil and vinegar and serve alongside the wrap.
