An episode of the TV show Heroes that I wrote is going to be on next week, so I decided to throw a little party and invite friends over to have dinner and watch it with me. The menu—grilled shrimp, an heirloom tomato salad, and martinis made with citrus vodka and fresh watermelon juice—will taste amazing without throwing my diet off track. And I'm going to wear a slinky new dress that shows off the results of a year of workouts and healthy eating. I'm celebrating not just the hard work I did the show, but also all the hard work I've done on myself!
