Apricot Pop

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce St-Germain
  • 2 ounces apricot puree
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Ice
  • 4 ounces sparkling wine

Directions

  1. Shake first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.
