Avocado-Pistacho Dip

Ingredients

  • Avocados
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pistachio oil
  • Crushed toasted pistachios

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend 2 ripe avocados and lemon juice and salt to taste. Stir in 1 tablespoon pistachio oil and 1/4 cup crushed toasted pistachios.
