Berry-Yogurt Smoothie with Honey
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries)
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
