Blood Orange, Black Pepper, and Honey Spread

Ingredients

  • Blood oranges
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Honey
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Shallot
  • Kalamata olives
  • Flat-leaf parsley

Directions

  1. Whisk together the zest and juice of 4 blood oranges, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon each black pepper and salt, 1 minced shallot, 8 sliced and pitted kalamata olives, and 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley.
