Blueberry Miso Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 6 ounce container blueberries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons shiro (white) miso
  • kosher salt
  • 1/2 lemon, juice
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Measure all ingredients into the pitcher of a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.
