Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients

  • Julienned bok choy
  • Chopped carrot
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Sesame oil
  • Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix 2 1/2 cups julienned bok choy, 1/2 cup chopped carrot, 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce, 1 teaspoon honey, and 3/4 teaspoon sesame seeds.
