Burgers with Grilled Anaheim Peppers

Ingredients

  • Anaheim peppers
  • Grapeseed oil
  • Burgers

Directions

  1. Cut Anaheim peppers into 1/4-inch rings and clean out the seeds. Heat 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat; add the rings cut side down and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until they start to caramelize. Transfer peppers to a plate to cool, sprinkle with salt, and then place on a burger (or on top of a tostada, a salad, or fish).
