Carrot-Vanilla Milk Shake
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk Fresh mint, for garnish
- Chill two glasses in the freezer.
- Place ingredients in a blender and process on high until light and frothy. Pour into cold glasses and garnish with mint.
